What are tickets and how much do they cost?

Tickets get you discounts at venues. One ticket will get you a 30% discount on your next visit to participating venues.

You mentioned subscriptions, what’s up with those?

You can contribute as much or as little into 13-37 as you choose. If you dine out often you might choose an $11 dollar a month subscription. If you’d like to contribute less per month and still have access to the 13-37 network, you can. For as little as $1 per month, you can reap many of the benefits 13-37 has to offer. Dollars spent will earn you points, points get you tickets. And your points never expire.

I want to be an Event Organiser(EO). What do I do?

There is a formal application process to become an EO. You will have to demonstrate your ability to be able to produce content for venue listings including photos as well as copy writing. It is ideal if you already know some higher ups at restaurants, hotels, or other venue types that may be right for 13-37.

As an EO, what compensation am I entitled to?

You get paid 20% of the ticket prices for all the restaurants you sign up. Payments are made on the 11^th of the month for the previous month. Payments are made by paypal.

I am a venue and am interested in joining 13-37. What do I do?

There is also a formal application process for venues to be considered for 13-37. A local EO will pay a visit to your venue and will then apply on your behalf which will then be approved by 13-37.

As a venue, what compensation am I entitled to?

In order to be considered to join 13-37, you have to be willing to offer a discount for members that present tickets. Each time this happens you are entitled to 40% of the ticket price. This helps you to recoup some of the money offered as a discount to 13-37 members. Payments to venues are also made on the 11^th of the month for the previous month.

How do we stop people from using phony tickets?

Each ticket will be custom for the situation and will be void immediately upon confirmation of use by the venue. With precise tracking via the 13-37 app, you will be able to see exactly how many 13-37 members have visited at any time.

How do I make money as a 13-37 EO?

Sign up as many 13-37 venues as you can, spread the word through your network about 13-37, create 13-37 events to gain more exposure for 13-37 venues. 13-37 will support you any way we can. The more venues you bring in, the more earning potential.

How do I make money as a 13-37 Venue?

By giving a reason for customers to come to venues and spend money, the venues benefit greatly by being a part of 13-37. The more regular customers you have on 13-37, the more they will visit and share their experiences and help you to grow your customer base.
